SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Job description:

The Social Media Manager is responsible for the creation and management of social media posts for all SEO client accounts. Grammar, spelling, communication skills and the ability to follow instructions without direct supervision are required. Must be a team-player.

Responsibilities:

  • Create social media accounts for all new projects
  • Create social media content for all SEO client accounts
  • Posting daily/weekly to clients’ social media accounts
  • Must follow the designated posting schedule on a daily basis, scheduling posts at least two weeks in advance
  • Communication with followers and responding to queries in a timely manner
  • Respond to negative reviews/comments on clients’ accounts as advised and in a timely manner
  • Communication with clients may be required from time to time so customer skills are very important
  • Additional duties may be required as needed
