Service Agreement & Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 7, 2026

This information must be completed and signed by an authorized individual. Should this information change, the cardholder or the organization’s representative must notify Click4Corp by contacting billing@click4corp.com immediately. Failure to do so may result in the deactivation of the account, plus a service fee. Your account will not be activated until the initial payment is paid in full.

Recognizing the dynamic nature of our communication landscape, we have streamlined invoice and receipt delivery to your email address.

By accessing or using the Click4Corp Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Services

A. Website

• • The website, including its design and code, is owned by the client only when paid in full.
  • If the website is not fully paid for, or if payments are canceled or missed before the total amount is paid, the website remains the property of Click4Corp. It cannot be moved, transferred, or hosted elsewhere.
  • The client has the right to host the website with Click4Corp or transfer it to any hosting provider of their choice only after full payment has been completed.
  • If the client is receiving SEO services from Click4Corp, the website must remain hosted with Click4Corp for the duration of the SEO term.
  • If cancellation occurs before completion of the website, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
  • If cancellation occurs after the third week post-signing, the commitment is to settle the outstanding balance in full upon receipt of the final invoice.

B. SEO Services

• • SEO services require a 6-month minimum commitment from the date of the agreement.
  • The SEO agreement is non-cancellable for the duration of the 6-month term, regardless of perceived or actual results.
  • Early termination will result in the client being responsible for the full remaining balance, due immediately upon cancellation.
  • SEO results are long-term and not guaranteed within a specific timeframe. It typically takes 4 to 6 months to begin seeing significant improvements.
  • This clause overrides any conflicting statements.

C. Pay Per Click (PPC) Management

• • Month-to-month service, cancellable with 30-day notice.
  • Click4Corp’s management fee is 30% of your monthly PPC ad budget.
  • Unless a separate setup fee is paid, the PPC account is owned and controlled by Click4Corp.
  • Ownership of the PPC account may be transferred with a one-time setup and transfer fee.

D. Email Marketing

• • Month-to-month service, cancellable with 30-day notice.

E. Social Media

• • Social media content management services are available.
  • Paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) are a separate charge unless otherwise stated in writing.

F. Tracking Numbers

• • Included in SEO services.
  • If SEO is canceled, clients may retain the number for $50/month or transfer it to their

  • If unpaid or not renewed, Click4Corp may forward or delete the number permanently.

G. Customer Support

  • Please allow 2-3 business days for basic updates.
  • Major updates may take more time.
  • Client is responsible for approving all updates before publication.

2. Billing, Payments, and Taxes

A. Payment Terms

• • Fees must be paid as agreed.
  • A valid credit card with a current expiration date must remain on file at all times to prevent service interruptions or late fees.
  • Check payments incur a $15 processing fee per invoice.
  • Payments for accessing premium content or features will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

B. Late Fees and Disconnection

• • Invoices unpaid 10 days after the due date incur a 5% late fee.
  • Failed payments incur a $25 fee.
  • Services may be disconnected after 30 days of non-payment.
  • Reconnection requires a $125 fee.

C. Taxes

• • Payments must be made free of taxes.
  • Client will reimburse Click4Corp for any tax-related charges, excluding Click4Corp’s income/payroll taxes.

3. User Accounts & Eligibility

• • You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use this Service.
  • You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
  • You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You agree not to submit false information or impersonate others.
  • You agree not to misuse content or technology on this website.
  • You agree not to interfere with the functionality or security of the Service.
  • You agree not to distribute malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising.

4. Intellectual Property

• • All content, branding, and technology on this site are owned or licensed by Click4Corp and protected by copyright and other laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the site without permission.
  • Ownership of the website transfers to the client only when the full balance has been paid. Until then, the site remains the property of Click4Corp.

5. Earnings Disclaimer

• • Earnings from surveys or any other method are not guaranteed.
  • Individual results vary based on factors such as participation, effort, and profile eligibility.
  • Any income examples or testimonials are illustrative and not promises of earnings.
  • SEO is a long-term strategy, and it typically takes 4 to 6 months to begin seeing significant improvements.

6. Testimonials & Advertising

• • Some testimonials may come from paid or affiliated sources.
  • Advertising and affiliate links are disclosed in compliance with applicable regulations.

7. Privacy

8. Limitation of Liability

Click4Corp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the Service, even if Click4Corp was advised such damages might occur.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Click4Corp harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications & Termination

• • We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
  • We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any reason, including violations of these Terms, without prior notice.

11. Legal & Governing Law

• • This Agreement overrides conflicting terms in other documents and is the full agreement between the parties.
  • Governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
  • Disputes must be resolved in Collin County, Texas.
  • Both parties waive rights to a jury trial.

12. Authorization & Acknowledgments

By signing below, I agree to the Terms and Conditions above and authorize Click4Corp to automatically debit my credit card for:

• • The initial deposit for website design/development.
  • Ongoing monthly payments for SEO, PPC, hosting, social media, and/or email marketing services.

I further acknowledge and understand that:
